Eat right and exercise. Vibrant Living isn’t possible if we’re not mindful of our eating habits and don’t find time for fitness to stay our body active. Don’t overload with sugar, junk foods, and alcohol, sitting on a couch ahead of the TV. And yes, sometimes that enjoyment means just be comfortable on your couch, enjoying some healthy snack, a warm herbal tea, and a Netflix!

Don’t create Facade. within the pursuit of complete control of life, we’ve sacrificed truth essence of life. Our uncontrollable desires to become supreme have reduced ourselves to less human. If a huge house gives you joy, by all means, buy the largest house you can afford. But the necessity for more to exhibit a facade to the remainder of the world doesn’t get into that shallow state of being.

Appreciate what you’ve got. If you don’t count your blessings, you’ll be unhappy with your life. It’s impossible to measure a vibrant, meaningful life when focused on what you don’t have. Practice gratitude to remain grounded.

Keep a record of your experiences. Something as simple as taking a moment each evening to remember on your day; acknowledging what you enjoyed and, this is often vital, what you probably did well can make a big difference in your attitude toward life.

Taking risks to exceed yesterday’s best is essential to faster growth. When someone is feeling stuck in life, they’re often within the deep groove of a comfort zone or haven’t forgiven themselves for a few imagined failures. Don’t let that happen to you. Leave your comfort zone and learn to be comfortable with unfavorable situations. If you are doing the stretch, happier living awaits you!

Create Right Thoughts: The way we expect creates our reality. Our thoughts are a catalyst for how we feel and behave. We don’t seem to be honest with ourselves, and that we blame others for our unhappiness in life. We build relationships on dishonesty and fake emotions to stay up with them then feel isolated within and blame the outer world for our pains and sadness.
